Networked Learning Communities in Promoting Teachers’ Receptivity to Change: How Professional Learning Beliefs and Behaviors Mediate

More research on networked learning communities (NLCs) and the causal mechanism among effects of NLCs are needed. To better understand impacts influential factors, this study intended to discover how teachers’ participation in affects their beliefs behaviors professional further influence receptivity change. Adopting a survey design, we collected 226 valid questionnaires from pilot schools joining program Learning Community under Leadership for supported by Ministry Education Taiwan. First, results indicated that program’s intervention had significant positive effect Second, also showed impact regarding learning. Third, collaborative could significantly enhance Fourth, intervention, employing hands-on activities, inclination realize program, both through direct mediation about The acquired would be conducive developing strategies support implementing program.
